We are very happy to announce that the available Investor parcels at the Organic Aloe Vera Plantation Finca Aguas Claras (Fincas Sabileras de Colombia – Chapter Cunday) have been successfully sold out as of last month. Again we greatly appreciate the trust placed in us. We will continue to work hard, with a team of now over 60 employees, to exceed your expectations.
A special THANK YOU also goes out to those of you who already visited our farm and operations in Fusagasuga and Cunday. The constant positive feedback is a great encouragement for everyone involved in this project.
From the 220 hectare large plantation, the last of the available 139 investor lots have been reserved after plenty of visitors have been touring the farms over the last couple of months. A few more parcels will become available after the purchase of a bordering 36-hectare farmland piece, which will be integrated to Finca Aguas Claras later this year. Please contact us to pre-register for the next available investor-phase.
Grupo Gaitán Cuevas still has a purchase option on a new 500 hectare farm also located in the area of Cunday, Tolima, but will hold off with the purchase until the planting and implementation of Finca Aguas Claras is completed.
On another important note, Enrique Gaitán Luque, president and co-founder of Grupo Gaitán Cuevas SAS, has been recently nominated as agricultural business entrepreneur of the year in Colombia. Because of this nomination, his company has been featured in a one hour report on one of Latin Americas specialized TV Channels focusing on the agricultural industry. The program was split into two chapters with detailed background information on the company, people, processes and their philosophy on organic Aloe Vera cultivation.
